Information we collect

We store membership email addresses, subscription status supplied by Stripe, casino-alert preferences, saved promotions, member bulletin-board submissions, private suggestions, optional Virtual Host preferences and recent Host conversations, and limited site activity. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information to provide Club access, personalize calendars and Host recommendations, send requested alerts and service emails, moderate member content, improve the service, and prevent misuse.

Your Virtual Host memory

VIP members choose what the Host remembers. Members can edit or clear saved preferences from “What My Host Knows.” Host responses may be processed by an AI service when that feature is enabled.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments, Resend delivers email, and our hosting and optional AI providers process information as needed to operate the service. Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms.

Choices and contact

You may change alert preferences, edit or clear Host preferences, unsubscribe from promotional email, cancel through Stripe, and request deletion or correction by replying to a Club email.
